1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Quillo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Quillo is a free Android notes application that allows users to create, organize, and secure personal notes on their device. The App operates entirely offline and requires no account registration.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Android device strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

You retain full ownership of all notes and content you create in Quillo. Because the App stores all data locally on your device, we have no access to your content. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of creating, storing, or exporting it.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect no personal data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Important: Because all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, uninstallation, or any other cause. We strongly recommend exporting important notes regularly.

8. Data Loss

You acknowledge that uninstalling the App will permanently delete all notes stored within it. We are not responsible for any data loss. We recommend using the Export feature to back up important notes.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
